How to set up Payboy x Quickbooks Online integration

Step 1: Link your Quickbooks Online account to Payboy account

Log into Payboy and click on Settings > integration on the sidebar
Click on "Connect to Quickbooks" and you will be redirected to the Quickbooks login page to select the correct entity that you would like to link to
Click "Allow Access" and you will be redirected to your Payboy account

Step 2: Set up account mapping under Quickbooks Online settings

Map the claim types and pay items in Payboy to the relevant accounts in your Quickbooks' chart of accounts

Step 3: Generate Payroll

Find out how you can generate payroll using Payboy HR software.

Step 4: Sync to Quickbooks Online

Click the "Sync to Quickbooks" button at the bottom right corner of the payroll page. Status will change from "Processing" to "Complete" once sync is completed.

Step 5: Verify payroll data on Quickbooks Online

On your Quickbooks Online account, check that new Journal Entries have been created
