Payroll and claims data on Payboy are synced effortlessly with a simple click and appear directly in Xero's "bills to pay", saving you time on unnecessary data re-entry and avoiding human error.
Pay items and claim types in Payboy can be mapped to the relevant accounts in Xero's chart of accounts, allowing you to generate accurate financial reporting with ease.
With the instant sync, you will have the detailed list of payees on Xero further broken down by your employees' preferred payment mode (GIRO, cash and cheque), enabling seamless reconciliation of your accounts.
- Log into Payboy and click on Settings > integration on the sidebar
- Click on "Connect to Xero" and you will be redirected to the Xero login page to select the correct entity that you would like to link to
- Click "Allow Access" and you will be redirected to your Payboy account
Select your preferred options for the data sync:

Click the Xero sync button at the bottom right corner of the payroll page. Status will change from "Processing" to "Complete" once sync is completed.
On your Xero account, head over to "Bills to pay" and you will find that the pay and claim items are further broken down by GIRO batches, individual cash and cheque payments.
