What are the criteria to apply for the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)?

Business entities can apply for PSG if they meet the following criteria:

  • Registered and operating in Singapore.
  • Your business’s annual sales turnover is less than SGD 100 million, or you have less than 200 employees.
  • For consulting services, you will need to have at least 3 local employees before applying.
  • Purchase/lease/subscription of IT solutions and consultancy services must be used in Singapore.

Additionally, you must also NOT have:

  • Paid a vendor, supplier, or third party for the lease, purchase, or subscription of the equipment or solutions involved.
  • Signed any contracts with a vendor, supplier, or third party for the lease, subscription, or purchase of equipment or solutions involved.

What do I need to apply for the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) on the Business Grants Portal (BGP)?

Here are the steps to follow when applying for the PSG:

  1. First, ensure that your business is eligible for the PSG before proceeding with the application.

  3. After selecting the appropriate IT solution or equipment for your business, communicate with the solution provider to obtain a quotation from the pre-approved PSG vendor.

  4. To submit your application, you will need to register for a Corppass account, which allows you to apply for the grant on the portal.
    • Visit Corppass website and click on "Get Started" to begin the registration process.
    • Fill in your organisation's details, including your Unique Entity Number (UEN).
    • Select the relevant roles and permissions for your Corppass account.
    • Add users to your account and allocate roles as needed.
    • Review the information, confirm your registration, and wait for approval.
  5. Once your account is registered, you can proceed to submit your application online via the Business Grants Portal (BGP).

What are the steps to apply for the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) on the Business Grants Portal (BGP)?

  1. Log in to Corppass: Ensure you have a Corppass account and log in.
  1. Access Business Grants Portal (BGP): Go to the Business Grants Portal (BGP) using your Corppass credentials.
  1. Apply for grants: Select “My Grants” on the header menu, followed by “Get new grant” under the “Applications” tab.
  1. Select the sector which best describes your business and click “Next”
  1. Select “Upgrade key business areas, such as adopt technology, improve business processes or raise service standards” and click “Next”
  1. Select “Pre-scoped Productivity Solutions” and click “Next”
  1. Scroll down and click on “Proceed”
  1. Check eligibility: Confirm that your business meets the eligibility criteria for PSG and click next
  1. Provide your contact details: Apply for your grant with accurate business details such as main contact person, mailing address, and so on.
  1. Submit your proposal
    1. Type of solutions: Select either IT Solution or Consultancy Service
    2. Search for your preferred solution provider
