Can you share how you are utilising Payboy HR software to support your clients?

Yang (Director of First Business Advisory): We are currently using Payboy to help our clients, which are mostly SMEs, manage HR tasks such as generating payslips, processing payroll, and managing employee leaves. 

What is one key feature about Payboy that your clients like most?

Yang: One key feature that our clients really like about Payboy is the Leave Management module. Most of them were using manual records, so the employees would usually WhatsApp to apply for leave, and some of the information was lost along the way. But now with Payboy’s Leave Management module, our clients’ employees can just apply for leave through the Payboy app, and the managers get notified immediately. It helps the SMEs manage their business from a bird’s eye view, as the entire leave management process becomes very automated, and there are proper records of the employees who are on annual or medical leave.

How would you describe your experience with Payboy?

Yang: To me, Payboy is simple and easy to use so that anyone without any HR knowledge is able to run the software.

With the PSG grant, it also helps business owners to cushion some of the initial costs to adopt a HR software. Thanks to the grant, they get a complete set of HR tools ranging from the Leave Management, Payroll Processing, and the Appraisal System modules. This feels almost like having an online HR manager to manage all the mundane yet critical HR tasks.
